Description

In this role, you are responsible for the successful day-to-day performance of your store under the guidance of the General Manager. Additionally, you’ll train new front- and back-of-the-house associates, deliver exceptional guest experiences and contribute to achieving financial targets.

Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
